📜 Your Role

Position Summary

The founders associate is the right hand of the founder. We anticipate this role to be split across various topics with a presumable split of 30% sales, 20% financial modeling, 30% strategic and operational one-off projects and 20% administrative work during the pre-seed phase. To maximize sales learnings, understanding German on > C1 level is highly encouraged.

Org Chart

The position reports directly to the commercial founder. There will be strong and frequent interaction with the whole technical organization including the technical founder, deep learning engineers, data scientists, front end developers and product managers. To set up scalable processes, the position will often communicate externally with other founders and operators from later stages.

Potentially, 1-2 full cycle sales employees might join the commercial organization during pre-seed.
